DELIVERY POLICY

At Bizb.store, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, quickly, and reliably. Please review our delivery policy to understand how and when you can expect your purchase.

  1. Delivery Timeframe

    • Standard Delivery:7 – 10 working days (depending on your location)
    • Express Delivery Category:Products purchased from Express Delivery Category may take up to 2 – 4 working days (depending on your location)
    • You will be notified via SMS or email once your order is dispatched.
  1. Delivery Charges

  • Flat Rate:₨200 per order
  • Delivery charges will be shown at checkout.
  1. Delivery Locations

We deliver across all major cities and regions of Pakistan.
Please note that deliveries to remote areas may take longer and are subject to courier availability.

  1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hoursafter confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  1. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to follow your delivery status in real-time.

  1. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If the delivery fails both times, your order will be returned to Bizb.store and marked as cancelled, if you request us to ship the same parcel again you will need to pay the delivery charges again.

  1. Delays & Exceptions

  • Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or public holidays.
  • If we anticipate a delay, we will inform you promptly.

🕒 Hold Policy

At Bizb.store, we understand that sometimes customers may not be available to receive their temporarily.

 How the Hold Policy Works

  • Customers can request to hold their deliveryfor up to 2 days from the dispatching date for unpaid orders.
  • Customers can request to hold their deliveryfor up to 10 days from the dispatching date for the orders those are paid at least 25% in advance.
  • Hold requests must be made before the order is dispatched.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • If the customer does not confirm delivery within the hold period, the order may be:
  • Returned to the seller
  • Dispatched to another customer
  • Canceledand refunded (minus shipping charges)
    • store reserves the right to decline a hold request during flash sales, limited stock items, or time-sensitive campaigns and events.

Orders already handed over to courier companies cannot be held.
