All orders placed on our platform are confirmed via phone before being dispatched. To ensure timely processing, we maintain a 24-hour hold policy. If we are unable to contact the customer within 3 working days, the order is automatically cancelled.
3. Final Sale Policy:
Once an order is confirmed by the customer, it is considered final. We have a strict no returns, no exchange, and no refund policy after the customer confirms their order. 4. Exceptional Circumstances:
In the rare event that an item received by the customer does not match the condition or size mentioned on our website, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. 5. Return Process:
If a return is approved, the customer must send the article back within 3 days to our address: Codistan Ventures Building, Plot no 15, I-11/3, Islamabad, 44000. Please note that as a reselling platform, BizB is not responsible for the condition of items after being worn.
